ABOUT THE POSITION

Imagine it’s a chilly February morning and you had a long lecture yesterday at school. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to change into office attire and walk to a nice office for a part-time job on Drottninggatan instead?

As a Marketing Assistant with our client, you will work for about a month following up on a comprehensive survey directed at Sweden's grocery stores within the retail sector. Your task involves contacting the stores that were part of the survey via phone and asking additional questions to ensure accurate data registration in the system. Your role will only be to ensure information - the position does not involve any sales. This is a project that our client conducts every February/March - and we are now looking for someone who wants to help with the project.

Start: Beginning/mid-February
End: Mid/end of March
Working hours: Part-time job. You will work approximately 15-20 hours/week. We will schedule based on your availability. However, we expect you to have high availability to work during the month.
Location: At the office in Stockholm city - but it is fine to work from home once you have learned your tasks.

This is a consulting assignment. You will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

You will work on following up a larger survey that has been sent out to Sweden's grocery stores within the retail sector.
You will contact the stores that received the survey via phone and ask additional questions to ensure that accurate data has been registered in the system.
You will work purposefully to ensure that you contact and receive responses from all stores during the project.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Is studying at a university or college at least 50%
Has previous experience in service and customer contact
Speaks fluent Swedish as all communication with customers will be in Swedish
Has access to your own computer with the Office package.
Basic knowledge of Excel

It is meritorious if you have:

Worked in telemarketing or used the phone as a work tool

You are structured in your work and maintain a high level of efficiency.

Our Recruitment Process
